Agora sim...vamos a parte principal para fechar o aluguel. Porque a esta "altura" devem estar pensando..."tanta propaganda e o preço que é o mais importante, onde está?"...."Lá vem a facada"...não não...aí é que está...eu não disse lá em cima que era imperdível?
Pois bem, um quarto e sala, super equipado, amplo, lindo e mobiliado (repetindo: geladeira, fogão, armários de cozinha, mesa, cadeiras, sofá, cama de casal Queen, 2 cômodas e mais 2 armários tipo quarda roupa) por apenas Can$ 450,00. Isso mesmo! Neste valor ainda estão inclusos a água quente e o aquecimento. Completo!!!
E o melhor de tudo isso? Estará desocupado a partir de março (entre o dia 1o de março e 1o de abril...a negociar). O contrato vence em 30 de junho. E então? Gostaram? Que estão esperando?
