Comitê Advisory of Transparê ncia and Parceria (PAC)

• The CAP – Partners Advisory Committee has for purpose to assist the CLM in its relationship with the Suppliers and Canals, as well as guaranteeing transparê ncia of this relationship.
• It is formed by six members with mandate of one year, of 1° of January the 31 of December.
• Of its six members, four are external to the picture of collaborators of the CLM, being trê s representative of the canals.
• The CAP at least carries through an actual meeting for trimester.
• The CAP carries through virtual meetings for email, Webex, Conference Call or Video Conferê when necessério ncia.
• THE CAP É the instência méxima for the arbitration of conflicts between the canals and the canals and the CLM.
• It can be set in motion by the CLM or any canal that thus requests it, atravé s of email sent to the Group of e-mails of the Council members.
