IFIL receives WorldLingo Multilingual Email Award

IFIL has been awarded a WorldLingo Multilingual Email Award (WMEA), after it was the fastest Italian company to respond to an email written in a foreign language.

WorldLingo and the International Data Corporation conducted a survey (the Third Foreign Language Email Survey) of 244 of the World's largest companies. Each company was sent an email in a foreign language to gauge whether they had the multilingual capabilities to reply to the message.

Only 11.06% of the world's companies replied to the email correctly and in the same language as the original message, with IFIL having the fastest Italian response time of eight hours and 12 minutes.

The WMEA is awarded to each company with the fastest response time from their country. The response must come within 24 hours.
