The Office of Multifamily Housing (MFH) Programs provides mortgage insurance originated by FHA-approved lenders to facilitate the construction, rehabilitation, repair, refinancing, and purchase of multifamily rental housing properties. The Office of Multifamily Housing Programs published a notice extending the HOTMA compliance date for owners to update their Tenant Selection Plan (TSP) and Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) Policies and Procedures (P&P) to May 31, 2024. The final rule is effective on January 1, 2024.
