The October Insights announces the NPDB 101 Webinar and fee changes for mailed Self-Queries. It answers a reporting question and clarifies when you need to submit a Revision-to-Action Report.
October 1, 2024
The fee for all requests for paper copies of a Self-Query response will increase to $13.00 per copy. Paper copies will be sent individually via U.S. Certified First-Class Mail. Each copy will require a signature upon delivery. The fee for a digitally certified Self-Query response will remain unchanged at $3.00.
