Medicare Compliance Review of Christus Santa Rosa Hospital for the Period January 1, 2010, Through June 30, 2012
Christus Santa Rosa Hospital (the Hospital) (operating in Texas) does not fully comply with Medicare inpatient billing requirements for 70 of the 100 short-stay claims we reviewed. On the basis of our sample results, we estimated that Hospital received at least $1.3 million in overpayments from Medicare.
