Cambridge American Cemetery is the only World War II cemetery in the U.K.
Due to short notice major construction works, access to the Observation Bunker located at the Pointe du Hoc Ranger Monument will be closed to the public from June 3 to 11, 2024.
Brittany American Cemetery will host its annual Memorial Day ceremony on Monday, May 27, 2024, at 3 p.m. Attendance is free and open to the public.
Lafayette Escadrille Memorial Cemetery will be closed to the public May 5th and 21st.
On May 4, in observance of Netherlands National Remembrance Day, the Netherlands American Cemetery will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We kindly ask that visitors plan their visit accordingly.
During Memorial Day weekend, ABMC sites throughout the world will pay tribute to the more than 200,000 men and women honored overseas. All the ceremonies are free to attend and open to the public.
The Lafayette Escadrille Memorial Cemetery will exceptionally be closed on March 15, 2024, from 11 a.m. until the end of day.
