Translation The Health Information Technology (IT) Modernization Program is working together with tribal and urban partners to build our new enterprise electronic health record (EHR) solution, PATH EHR, to drive high-quality health care across Indian Country.

PATH EHR will be designed to keep “patients at the heart” to increase interoperability and functionality in health care, and the ability to share information across facilities, locations, and with the private sector.
