Expected results of this program are: Inmates will be permitted to receive and retain publications that do not threaten the security, good order, or discipline of the institution, or that may facilitate criminal activity, or are otherwise prohibited by law. Publications determined detrimental to the security, good order, or discipline of the institution or that may facilitate criminal activity, or are otherwise prohibited by law, will be excluded from Bureau facilities.
