Conclusion of the study: “Intravenous acetaminophen was safe but did not significantly improve days alive and free of organ support in critically ill sepsis patients.” Your headline is misleading, The National Institutes of Health ;)

The National Institutes of Health is there a new NIH definition of the word “promise” as you have for the word “research”? As I see a discrepancy according to the English language. Promise (verb):assure someone that one will definitely do, give, or arrange something; the undertake or declare that something will happen. Or give good grounds for expecting (a particular occurrence or situation).
