Macau Casino is part of the Suncity Group and received a warning because it offered players the opportunity to bet over the phone or online. But offering such bets to Chinese citizens is prohibited in the autonomous region.
The evidence is still unclear at the moment, and it is not clear exactly where these allegations originate from. The warning was nevertheless issued, making it clear to the operators that such offers were absolutely not desired.

For the Macao government, it’s important that casinos continue to boom. No wonder the region’s economy depends on the flora of the play pharmacies. At the moment, however, it certainly does not look like the end of the hype around the casinos. It is particularly millionaires and successful entrepreneurs who repeatedly flock to the Macau casinos. That’s not least because casinos have incredibly high betting limits.
