If you speak another language, call 988 and Language Line Solutions will provide you with interpreter services in more than 240 languages.
This service is available 24 hours a day, but only for voice calls. When you contact the 988 Voice Hotline, you or a friend or family member can request an English interpreter if you speak English or provide a name for another language that is convenient for you.
You will then be connected to an interpreter.
The connection to the translator usually takes about 20 seconds.
Translators are trained before providing translation services over the phone and comply with the Code of Ethics, including the principles of confidentiality, translation accuracy, and impartiality.
