VI. AWARD ADMINISTRATION INFORMATION1. AWARD NOTICESAfter your application has been reviewed, you will receive a letter from SAMHSA through postal mail that describes the general results of the review, including the score that your application received. If you are approved for funding, you will receive an additional notice, the Notice of Grant Award, signed by SAMHSA’s Grants Management Officer. The Notice of Grant Award is the sole obligating document that allows the grantee to receive Federal funding for work on the grant project. It is sent by postal mail and is addressed to the contact person listed on the face page of the application. 3.3 Publications If you are funded under this grant program, you are required to notify the Government Project Officer (GPO) and SAMHSA’s Publications Clearance Officer ( 240-276-2130) of any materials based on the SAMHSA-funded project that are accepted for publication. In addition, SAMHSA requests that grantees:
SAMHSA reserves the right to issue a press release about any publication deemed by SAMHSA to contain information of program or policy significance to the substance abuse treatment/substance abuse prevention/mental health services community. |
