Funds for FY 2003: About $3.8 million Est. No. of Awards: 10 to 14 ranging $250,000 to $350,000 in total costs (direct and indirect) Project Period: Up to 5 years depending on the availability of funds and progress achieved. |

Center of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. |
