1. Is the Website Translator free to use online?
Yes. The Text Translator, Website Translator and Email Translator that are accessible on the WorldLingo website are free of charge.
2. Some parts of the website are not being translated.
Websites differ greatly in their contents, designs and features. While we try to cover as many possibilities as technically possible, some parts of the website you are visiting may not translate, such as:
- Graphics, animations
- Shopping carts
- Drop-down boxes
- Drop-down menus
- Restricted access websites (login required)
Although our free online translator will not translate these, it is possible to do so with a customized Website Translator. Contact us for more details.
3. The webpage is only partially translated.
As this is a free service there are some restrictions: the free translator will only translate the first 500 words of the webpage. For unlimited translations click here.
4. When I translate a webpage, I see little squares instead of the translation.
This may happen when you are translating into a language using a non-Latin alphabet (Russian, Chinese, etc). It simply indicates that your browser does not support the language's font or character set. You can download it for free on the Microsoft website.
